Received in an antique jewellery box. Brand is vadis. Not sure value or worth..please let me know if you have any information!

Ladies watches are worth much less than Men's watches but this one looks like it has gemstones (diamonds?) and a gold case. Anything marked on the case.....tested for diamonds? RER
