    This is the interior of one I posted earlier today. It was pretty ratted out inside, as you can see in the pics (you can see why my friend was going to scrap this trunk in the burn pile). So, I had no choice but to strip it, polyurethane it and reline it. That can be very time consuming. So, I don't do it unless absolutely necessary. Anyway, it made a nice trunk for storing sweaters in.

      Wonderful refinish of the interior,it's tons of work to do them right most people can not fathom what it takes.

      Thanks very much Drill!! I've relined about 40-50 and it is lengthy, to do it correctly. Between cleaning it out (3 hours) to sealing it (about 1 hour) to relining it (3-6 hours typically). It is a lengthy process and you're absolutely right, people don't understand what all is involved from beginning to end. Oh, forgot about all of the drying time between cleaning, sealing and relining, now your talking 2-3 days, at least.
