Jim Beam Whiskey Decanter. - It is a 4/5 quart container.
Jadeite slag glass that features embossed flowers around the entire decanter.
Imprinted on the bottom of the decanter is the date 1972, LIQUOR BOTTLE, D 334 - The best way to determine the value of your decanters is to buy a Jim Beam price guide. There are several available.

It is 1972, not 1942 - several available on internet with prices ranging from $12-$20 so don't waste the six bucks for a price guide if this is the only one you have.

and the small one is Avon.

Not trying to be rude but when you signed up here, did you read what you signed up for?
I don't think it's fine print here where it says "no appraisals, no selling" etc...

If you want to learn about things you have and many things you may have never seen, this is a great place to do so with plenty of great people to converse with that share their knowledge freely. You will learn more than you bargained for! Stick around if that's something of interest to you.
