    5 years ago I acquired this lamp.... went to neighborhood lamp shop for shades... owner was old timer.... new manufacturer just by describing it... FROM CHICAGO.... dumb me... didn't write it on lable and put on bottom.... went today to shop.... he is no longer with us.... need to know.... Thanks...
