My grandfather gave me all sorts of watches and clocks to play with when I was a kid (he was a collector and also fixed them). This is one of the items I have always wondered about. It hasn't had a band as long as I have had it (35+ years). Any idea how old it is, or where I might find information about it? Thank you in advance!
