Could someone identify the era of this ring and earrings set?

I am trying to do some research trying to identify this jewelry set. Can anyone help? The ring and earrings have multicolored gem stones. The maker's mark is hard to read. It is black enameled below the gemstone set. The back of the earrings and ring have open hearts as the base of the jewelry.
