This is a lovely brooch by Bernard Instone, it's very similar to my Amethyst brooch made by the same maker.
The Moonstones are in a bezel cabochon setting, with the stones being different in height and size, they have a wonderful blue hue colour, the leaves are entwined around the Moonstones. On the last photo I've put the two brooches together to show you how similar they are.
