This pair were purchased at the flea market of Belgrano St., last Sunday, together with two Russian tumblers of the previous post to a new dealer, he did us a good price for all the group. There are 8 tumblers, 4 red tall (12 cm x 6 cm) and 4 green smaller ones (8 cm x 4.5 cm). I am pretty convinced that these one are really of high quality typical of Moser. You must compare the quality of the crystal, what you feel in your hand when you are holding one, you recognized the heavy, smoothy and icy contact of the best Bohemian glass. It must be of this quality to support the cutting, of the panels or listovane http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/41097-moser-cut-gilded-amethyst-cabochon-gl, see comment of vetraio50 in this post of scruples. Compare the height and form (oval, not lines) of the cabochons, first picture, and those here http://www.rubylane.com/item/518922-417sk-193/Antique-Moser-Bohemian-Raised-Cabochon-Etched with other “Moser” cabochons tumbler and goblets. http://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/850262 ; http://www.ebay.com/itm/6pc-Set-Czech-Bohemian-Moser-Cabochon-Wine-Glasses-Cranberry-Glass-gilt-/281414088148 ; http://www.rubylane.com/item/668124-S164/Moser-Cabochon-Cobalt-blue-goblets ; The second ones have cabochons less profound and with straight lines, also the gilded Persian designs are totally different, in ours tumblers it is raised like in the posy vase posted 6 month ago http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/129635-posy-bud-vase-or-holder-bohemian , what Alfredo calls decorating pie technique, you can observe clearly this detail in the second pic. I am really happy with this purchase but I do not think I will use these to drink because I like thin crystal in my lips when having some special wine or drink.
