looks a lot like the frame for the Coke bike postedon here.

is that a standard oil 4x8 sign below the bike?
no its a seiberling tires sign but i know the standard sign your thinking of
be interesting to see what is under that paint.....vey, very carefully........I'd start with the bottom of the crank looking for a number...could also be on the rear wheel tang....
i found a number on the bottom of the crank but i dont know how to search it maybe theres a book of bicycle serial numbers
lots of bike experts on here, one will help you I'm sure.....
