Does anyone know the maker or year I have not been able to find anything about it. There are no dates or serial number.

You could try taking a closeup photo of the red logo on the front fender and doing a Google image search. I've found several matches for things that way!
It's just of a spur on the fender, stars on the front forks and the cowboy on the "tank"
Still, it's a fairly distinct graphic and it might match something similar in an image search that will lead you to more information you're looking for. It's all about the hunt!
It's a 1950s garton streamline sidewalk bicycle...now I can sleep.
Looks like a two wheeled tricycle. Pretty cool.
