This is an "oldie". It belonged to my Me Ma and was bought as a parting gift as my grandfather left for Europe in 1918 to fight the Germans as a Lieutenant in a army artillery regiment. Knowing my grand dad, he rarely bought items new, but "did" always looked for quality. I'm thinking this piece was very old when he made the purchase in the 19-"teens". Just how old is anyone's guess, but under 20X this piece looks incredible.
