Does anyone out there have an idea about the manufacturer of this pedal car? The wheels are obviously not original style. I have a hunch the car was an early German make, but just an asumption. Thanks

Those look like lawn mower wheels.

How do you turn and steer it?...where do the pedals go? what powers it? What does that divider down the middle do?

Good questions #4! There is a hole for possible steering, a floor cut slot for engaging? and the body slot for the chain or belt drive? Such is my mystery.
Could the thing be soapbox racer? Richard
