Now this piece is a completely different style for me. When I bought it I was told that it was from Miriam Haskell, I have researched her and it does indeed look like her Jewellery from her earlier period, but I would like someone to verify this. Unfortunately it's not marked, it was only during the 1950s she started to sign her name.
It is very pretty, made of glass beads, the pastel colours are lovely, and the hours that has been spent into making this piece, I wouldn't like to guess. The hook does look vintage and there is a chain, at the bottom of the chain is a glass bead on the last link, you can adjust the length. I think it would look lovely as a choker necklace

Morning Glory has a huge library of it... I think you might find it there:

I didn't see one exactly like it, but they sure look very similar...

Yes, I did look last night and they do look similar. The necklace seems to be her earlier pieces, if it is her necklace.

What are your thoughts on the clasp? It's a bit unusual for Miriam Haskell...
    5. Peasejean55 Peasejean55, 9 years ago
It's not the normal clasp, but I have seen a couple of pieces with a similar clasp, but yet again they weren't marked, I don't know :-(

I have put a close up of the hook.

It's hard to determine... I always wish the older pieces where also marked... I love this piece, regardless of the designer.

This is the nearest I've come to anything like this necklace.

I think I figured it out, on the second pic, both of the end sides are the same, the clasp goes into the left side ring, take off the chain, the hook would hook on to the ring on the other side with no problem.

The link on either side of the necklace look to small for the hook, therefore it would be better to put a larger link on each side, I think.

I have a similar necklace signed Germany

There is a necklace which is nearly identical, different colour flowers, the problem Is I can't find the maker.

Thank you DrFluffy for your comment and interest. After I received the email from morninggloryantiques I surf the net and came up with this Murano blue necklace it's more or less identical.
