Today we diverged from our opp shopping and tried an antique fair!
The first stall I entered I almost screamed in delight, before me was shelves of scandinavian ceramics, run by a lovely lady who had been collecting these things for 65 years!
Certainly made our 1 year of collecting look lame!
She was very helpful and a source of information and I purchased these items to add to our increasing collection
A Rorstrand Annika egg cup, love the shape!
2 Rorstrand Pontus pattern square bowls
And a amazing serving platter or dips tray I just had to get by Beth Breyen for Alumina /Royal Copenhagen, the tenera pattern is just brilliant, and all these for a fair price in my eyes of $115
Then traveling home a small garage sale, up pops a lotte market design teapot minus the lid, for $2
Inquisitively I asked have you had this for long?
no she replied I recently moved here and found this half buried in the backyard!
A good morning was had and home in time to mow the lawns etc!
