    Here are additional views of the 1920s-40s red-green traffic light as used in New York City, including a photo in daytime ambient light for the "on the street" look. I wish I could get this thing suspended on a short arm, but I don't have a place in my apartment to mount such a set-up. It probably weighs 80+ pounds.

      It really is a neat item to display, especially because I remember when a number of these were still going in New York City.
