I found this in a local store. Simplicity ad store sign with piece on back to stand it up on a counter. I assume that it is 1930s from the fashion. Does anyone else have any info?

It was must likely the pattern of the week or month and is there a place to place the patterns on it like a tray or it was next to a mannequin perhaps dressed in a miniature size of dresss made ? Very nice love it .

Yes, the shop owner was not planning to sell it but I talked him into it!
      Thank you, Manikin!
