This is I believe Victorian Punch Board art (??). It is hard to capture in the photo but there are sparkling items on this also. I really need someone to tell me all about this. I have seen "Home Sweet Home" art like this but never a scene. Does anyone know what the scene represents?

Yes, I think that the boards were punched by manufacturers in the Victorian times and then people hand applied the work just like the Home-Sweet-Home ones that you see everywhere.
