That is a two tail coin made for flipping and calling heads or tails. This one tails always won. Goes back to when we were pitching pennies. We made these at home.
By the way, the penny side will always be down and the dime showing upward. No matter if you flip or spin the coin.
I have one but mine has both heads
Some people prefer head and others like tail.
My uncle was a magician and used a coin like this to change a penny into a dime and back to a penny.
