    Fake or not?
I did lot of research from net.
My advice so far. Real ones don't often have foundry marks. Reals don't are usually singed. Reals don't have marble base on it. Fake are made of white metal and they are light.

I remove marble base and look inside. What a heck? My statue weight is 6.2kg. Did chinese make sand cast copy's? And they use old rusty bolts too?

I was almost sure this is new chinese fake but i don't know anymore!

I had to come back for another & have another look. The amount of detail that goes into your bronze statue is well defined. Truly beautiful. Have a great day Vintage-Joe

Looks all good to me. The "Discus Thrower" was a popular design for Brass/Bronze/Iron/Spelter artists for a long time. You had to pay the high price for the Bronze ones because of the material involved. This one looks like it was cast in Iron and finished with a bronze colour. The artistry and details in the Figure is quite good. I have never seen Chinese copies but this one is a keeper.....in my humble opinion. BOB

I think this can be full bronze because cast layer is pretty thin and this is quite heavy. Real bronze was 80-90% copper and makes it heavy vs. thin cast iron layer.
But this is my first statue can't be sure.
