These bowls are all the same size, shape, and have similar clear ghlass tooled feet. While they can certainly stand alone, they are often paired with a matching pyramid-size fairy lamp and matching candle cup. The straight-sided cup rests on the rim of the crimps.
Of these four examples, three have a polished pontil scar and one has a snapped pontil scar. The clear feet are applied as one piece of glass and tooled with a hand press to form the leaf.
I have seen smaller variants of these bowls with no feet and larger variants with pointed wishbone feet.
I suspect all of these four examples came from the same glass house, but the maker is unknown to me. This same crimp design is used on a variety of shapes. Question is, was the crimped rim technique used by several glass houses of just one.

The first three décors I have seen previously. The first and third examples I have seen in this shape. These two decors are ones I can link to Welz though other shapes. The second example is a décor seen on some Welz production, but I suspect it is a décor that may have been done in similar ways by others. The last décor is not one I recall seeing previously.

Keep in mind, however, there are similar bowls that are slightly smaller than will not accept the fairy lamp candle cup. And, once separated, there are many "bowls" that only an avid collector would recognize as a fairy lamp base. Most are documented but many are not.
It is the third from the left. Since these bowls seem to be very similar, I found it curious that it had a snapped pontil scar and the others had a polished pontil It could suggest a different glass house or simply an oversight.
