Hi, this is the base characters on my rose bowl sent in previously. I gather the period is 1970 - 1990 but would like origin & meaning if possible.

'Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi'

Characters are read top to bottom, right column first, then left column. In that order, the six characters are Da Qing Qian long Nian Zhi.

Your previous posts had marks with the four characters Qian long Nian Zhi. If you're observant, you'll notice those four characters match the corresponding characters here, with the addition of the first two characters Da Qing = Great Qing (dynasty).
