This is an anonymous and unsigned pottery piece from the same period than the candleholder I posted yesterday. It was bought in Valencia long time ago.
What I love about it, and in fact in both designs, is the use of black colour in the design. Also, there's the fact that at first sight the decoration seems to be extrange... all those triangle shaped areas and angles seem not to have a real meaning, but when you look at the vase from above BOOOM! The whole thing creates a wonderful sight!

What do you mean, JENSEN? I know it looks a nit like Gouda pottery but it is unsigned/unmarked...

thanks to jensen i've been researching French and belgian Arte déco pottery. This one looked to me like the work of Gouda, but now I can tell it really sesembles the work of Keramis, Charles Catteau, Boch Frères...
i thought right away 'Boch Freres'...
