My dad gave this to my mom in the late 1950. He has passed away. It looks like a flying bug w salom color wings on springs. Its about 2 in long.

Very nice - it's a trembler (trembles when worn) I love trembler brooches, I have one kind of similar, such fun jewels. So much character!
