1903 Alphonse Cytere set up an art pottery studio in Rambervillers which has been specialized in unusual and iridescent glazes on organic forms.
the pieces produced has been designed by prestigious artists of the Ecole de Nancy (Bussiere, Gruber, Jeandelle, Majorelle for example)
