Boy, that Jackie Gleason knew how turn a buck! Due to his foresight, the marketing company that he founded will be in business as long as the demand is there!
Incidentally, he was the first to film shows of his type, with the idea that they could be marketed to areas that didn't receive the CBS signal. I wonder if he envisioned The Honeymooners lasting so long as a popular show?

I was invited to meet Jackie at a gold club in S. FL by a friend of his because. "I think you two would get along great!". I didn't go & regretted it ever since. "And away we go!".

Yeah Ted, and I had no excuse why I didn't go. Just another bad decision & lost opportunity! He died about 4 yrs later I believe. I've kicked my mental ass many times.
