Vintage Ceramic Salt and Pepper shakers. Complete with original rubber stoppers on the bottom. Marked with the number # 23865 and JAPAN, and the original Foil Label on the Bottom.

I love this Japanese kitsch....it's how I got started on my Japan journey.....and these are just way too sweet!
I believe these were made by a Company named Enesco.
My Mother N law has them in the Pink along with the Napkin Holder and I believe the Cookie Jar
