Beautiful vase made by KPM WITH BLUE SCEPTRE I believe it was made in Berlin GremanyThe vase was made at KPM manufactory between 1888 and 1914. At this point of time we had an special department called chemical research institute. The special thing at your vase is the crystal glaze, which was made at this very short period I mentioned before by the former director Heinecke .
