Belfor Heavy Blue Glass pieces, shaped to resemble bricks. Could be paper weights, candle holder? I'm not sure. Beautiful color. Recently acquired in inheritance..

Curious as to what exactly they are and more information on Belfor

This is a design by Jiri Zejmon, first exhibited at CLS Gottwaldov 1972, in its vase form. It was also produced as a jardiniere and your pieces look like candle holders. Producing one design in several forms was common for Sklo Union. These were made at Rudolfova Hut. Zejmon was Czech of course (1925-1987).

I know nothing about Belfor. Perhaps a marketing name. I do know they used the name Markbein when exporting to France.

Accordingly as posted previously on CW -- The Belfor label is a *Canadian Importer's* label.
