plate is signed on the back;
Name of bird species
Hand painted
Nellie Hoke Kitts (still no clue on this artist)
Found five of these at the GW here in Suffolk, VA.
This little guy is the reason I spotted these plates....you all know I love owls but I couldn't just buy this one.....had to have them all ;)
