Latticinio and ribbon trinket dish. Made in Italy hand made with thread form latticini white motif and pink and pale blue ribbons that have a gold and bright red border. Ribbons are twisted The pontil is not polished and the age I will guestimate at around 1950’s. The latticino pull is fascinating to watch being done. They heat the glass pot to high temp and then underneath the pot they pull out the plug and the glass flows. The maker then twists the glass and creates the thread. It is amazing to watch and if interested you can find it http://www.gossamerglass.com/GG/articles/article2.html. It has 10 cm diameter. Probably Seguso
The other is also very common form with raised enamel flowers. Impressed in gold A and S inside squares and Murano Made in Italy. Probably another Archimede Seguso.
