I just purchased this vase with a stand and for the life of me i can't figure it out ............. Can someone help on this item ,i believe is a Japanese satsuma vase?

The glaze is called 'Sang de Boeuf' or Oxblood and those marks are upside down in the pic n.3. Might be Chinese too !
