    This looks like a napkin ring from the outside, however on the inside it has raised areas which I have never seen on a napkin ring, but I don't know what else it could be if it's not a napkin ring. Usually napkin rings are smooth on the inside that's why I am questioning it. It is the size of a napkin ring.
