I have no idea what this document might be. Very difficult to translate the Spanish...even with 12 years studying Spanish and living in Spain. Hoping someone can help. Found in my Grandmother's Steamer Chest along with all sorts of "Old" Paper, metal stamps, spectacles, jewelry. This is my first effort to identify something to see if it's collectible. My next posting will be a map of Louisiana dated 1892.
From what I could see it is a baptism hard to read

Its even hard for me that I am from Spain. From what I can read (maybe if I had better scans I could translate it to English for you) it seems a kind of registry from a church, not quite sure if it is a baptism certificate or if it is more about the church itself. It is from the state of Louisiana and it is in Spanish and in English. If you need extra help let me know :)
