    We purchased this chair at a rummage sale for just a few dollars and would like to determine its age. The seat had a needle point seat that was very worn and not reusable. The chair was not safe. I've included a picture of the restored chair. We will be selling it.

      The Colonial Furniture Company of Grand Rapids, Michigan was in business from 1910-1949 (although there are some old advertisements available dated 1899) - There is a nice one shown here with a needlepoint of the era;
