Rare Coca-Cola Cooler?

I picked up this picnic cooler recently and not sure about it's rarety. I have not seen this one before. It is a Progress Ref. Co. cooler. Condition is amazing with only a couple of small dings and great original paint. Any info would be nice. Thanks for your help, robert.noe@xerox.com
