This is a huge brass ewer that is 72 1/2 inches tall. It is very solid and heavy. It has beautiful etched in design all over it. I bought this in Morocco, it was a store front attraction piece that was not for sale. It took me a few days haggling with him to get him to sell it to me. He said its been in his family for as long as he can remember, besides that he really didn't know where his family got it or how old it is. He just said it is very old. I have spent many days and have looked everywhere online many times and cannot find anything the same. There are no markings on this to identify it. I have found smaller versions but even those the handle or the spout is different on them. I have never found anything exactly the same as this one. I want to find out more about this but its hard when you can't find anything exactly alike to go off of. It almost looks more Indian than Moroccan to me but I could use some help if anybody knows anything more about this.
It is wonderful!! I have never seen one this big!
