I've seen several different attributions of these peacock feather (or cairngorm) glass pieces over the years. I think the consensus now is that they are by Stuart & Sons of Stourbridge, designed by A. Steiner.
What makes this one special is that it still has its brass rosebowl insert (flower frog) to position the flowers, and this has the British registered design number Rd486045, which accurately dates to 1906.
The size is 10in across x 4in high and it has a polished pontil.
A great contribution from Britain to the glass of the Art Nouveau period!
