This is a pre Russian Revolution Cigarette case. On one of the photos you see CW Cyrillic for Sergey Shaposhnikov and 84 for Russian Silver, and a lady's head facing left towards the 84 which means this piece was made in Moscow.
This case was completely handmade between 1895-1908. The enamel is in great condition for its age. Items of this nature are fairly rare due to the expertise and time required to make these wonderful pieces. When the Russian Revolution broke out in 1918 many of these beautiful pieces were destroyed.
