    This was my Grandfathers light. My Dad told me he had it in a Model T. I remember it in one of my Dad's trucks too. I believe my Dad had said that it was not the correct base. One of my favorites.

      I don't understand, how would this mount? Was it inside or outside? Did it have a purpose? Or just look pretty?

      It was inside through a hole in the dash,,not much light,,so I would say to look pretty.
