I received this from my grandfather who was a farmer in southern Ohio and earlier, Nebraska. I can hardly read the plack on the front because it is very worn but it says "Permissible Miners Safety Lamp" It is about 13" high and has a long 3' metal pole attached with a ring on the end (I'm assuming for hanging. Does anyone know anything about this?
