    The lamp is 17" high. We have used it to burn a candle in and an incense burnrr in the pincher. It is forged iron and not cast or wrought iron with some minor rust on the inside of the pincher. Found in old barn in Tennessee. Again, I do not know origin.

      Can you add a picture to show how everything is held together (under the dish used to catch the wax drippings)? This looks like a marriage, but I can only be sure if I can see how all the pieces are connected, and what is attached to what.
