Blue on white porcelain serving bowl. Has the number 03 punched into the back and the Ridgeway Logo with made in England under it. There is a 1/8" X 1/4" chip on the back side of the bowl.

Ridgeway Potteries Ltd was founded around 1744 Staffordshire, England. John Ridgway was appointed Potter to Her Majesty Queen Victoria, earning a high commendation at the 1851 Exhibition.

Ridgeway Potteries was purchased in 1960 by Royal Doutlon and production under the Ridgeway name ceased.

I'm interested in learning any further details about the bowl. I have no idea of value or pattern name.

I believe that semi porcelain china was late 1800s to early 1900s. try http://www.porcelainmarksandmore.com to date your mark.

Got rather excited when I saw this as I thought it was Lonsdale. Any flow blue pattern by Ridgway is collectible and valuable, it would be worth your while to check your library for a book on Ridgway patterns.
