You mean you are supposed to put your goldfish in it?
Looks like a resin newer decor piece and I would think yes a goldfish maybe went in bowl :-)
Pure modern decorator piece. Similar items were/ are still retailed at Hobby Lobby and similar stores.
Might find one on ebay-- some online searches might help in the acquistion.

Did u find out where its from? I want one too. To replace the one I brought my mother years ago. Which she recently lost in a house fire.
Does anyone know its origin, my dad actually has the sculpture and id like to know more about it.
It is a modern resin decorator piece.
