Tear Gas Pen From The Penguin Company. Purchased at an outdoor market in Massachusetts a few years ago. Don't forget..."Keep away from children and irresponsible persons." I found that part of the instructions amusing for some reason. Maybe because I can be pretty irresponsible at times.
