I would like to know more about this plate. I have been in my family for more than 80 years and it is hanging on the wall. My dad brought with him when he left China early 1900. Can some one help?

this is to difficult for me ,so i can,t help but it must be good , because the bamboo garlands are on the back mosty its or guanghu or late quanlong
i tend to a sort of ran out of the qianlong period around 1820
i amsolutely not sure i might talk bs
