    I initially identified this as Cobalt Silberiris for lack of a better description, but several respected Loetz collectors identified it as Norma. I have a difficult time distinguishing between these decors looking at the Loetz.com website. 4" tall. 5.25" across the top. Cobalt/Dark Blue ground with 3 applied clear gold feet. Very faint Loetz oval mark over edge of polished pontil identifying it as Circa 1918+
