Hi. Thanks for looking.
It is believed to be a cigar/tobacco box.
The writing on the top of the box is Spanish although not sure if this is European?
The box is decorated with studs around its boarder. Unsure of the type of wood used.

Spanish, exactly Castillan knights and it says "Knights XIII Century" It has a typical Castillan style which seems old but it does not always mean it is. Any other text or sign?
