I love Tango Glass and don't mind that much of it is unattributable. This one is attributable however. I have seen this shape, same trim, same handle, same interior but with an exterior in the Welz décor 'Lines and Spots'.......in two sizes.

If you search CW for 'Welz Basket' you'll probably see this shape.
This shape also appears in Truitt II

    Height 17 cm./6.5 inches Width 10 cm./4 inches

As with this example, Welz baskets are generally not known to have a prunt at the application point of the handle.

I think it is worth noting that Loetz, Kralik and Rindskopf made baskets in a similar shape also. It is quite likely that some other companies also made a similar shape. In the case of the baskets by the three previously mentioned makers, they all applied a prunt of some sort at the point where the handle attaches to the basket body. The style of prunt on the handle attachment point can be a clue in helping to identify the maker.

Hi Karen, I don't think I can be included with the knowledgeable, though I do have a good memory for what interests me. This piece is a completely different yellow from the rest, and glad you like it :-)

Thank you Lisa, I do indeed, I've not seen Welz honeycomb in blue before. This too has a snapped pontil......perhaps only baskets have them. My other Art Deco vases don't have snapped pontils. I thought having no décor on the base was odd, until I found a Zigzag Lines vase like that too! Always something to learn :-)

The blue honeycomb is not real common. Blue versions of a handful of décors are seen, but not frequently.
