I bought this online. It is 3"tall and about 2 3/4 " wide. The seller did not know the history. It arrived complete with cobwebs and full of dirt but it cleaned up very nice.

Oh la la, thank you tiger and racer. I looked at the Maltese site briefly after your comments and it looks like a perfume bottle shape but I will have to keep looking now that I have some direction. Of everything I've purchased to date, this one cost me the most.. on shipping of all things. I got made fun of at work....again. :)
I've recently discovered mini vases O.G.F., and this cute little guy would fit very nicely in my curio :-)
