    Hi there:
I found this ring years ago when my son was little and I had him at a park. He is now 24 years old -- so I found this like 16 years ago. In was buried in some sand at the park. It could have been lost there -- or was lost wherever they brought the sand in from. Kinda looks older. I see no marks, or if they are there - they are worn down. I think it is Sterling silver -- and might the stone be a Rock Crystal?

Any ideas on style, possible year from, or stone is appreciated. Thanks

Recently I've been taking a interest in Labradorite, which is very similar to Moonstone, your stone has a lovely blue tinge. It's a very simple pretty ring.

I've been looking at rings too that are Danish, from the 30's to 60's and it's resembles some of them. This does appear to be old with the "berries" even worn. The rings I've been looking at have mostly been signed, but one never knows...

I just had another thought, have you recently cleaned this? I'm thinking you didn't and it makes me wonder, do you think this may be white gold??? Take it in to find out and let us know.

Thanks ~ SHAREURPASSION ~ no have not cleaned it. Will look, and will take it to be checked out. Might the stone be natural Moonstone?????

Yes, why would they do the extra work of letting the back open with a crappy stone and silver? Could be white gold indeed, just get it tested to be sure
    7. antiquerose antiquerose, 9 years ago
Yes....Maybe I better have it checked out.....I will look myself again to see IF I can see any marks.

Hi, nice little ring. Doesn't it have any marks? If not then it is not from Scandinavia as suggested above. We have a long tradition of marking everything silver and gold.
    11. Elisabethan Elisabethan, 2 years ago
Unless there has been a mark that has been worndown and therefore not notisable.
